Roof access hatches provide maintenance personnel with safe access to the roof and allow them to escape.
Commercial roof access hatch is designed to fit a variety of metal roof profiles and concrete hobs. They can be customized fabricated or delivered and installed in a range of standard sizes. Customized roof access hatches are also available.
Lightweight fold-down ladders are a safe and compliant way to access restricted areas below the roof hatch. A wide range of roof access ladders allows for access from the floor to the ceiling, and beyond, for internal or external roof maintenance. These folding ladders can be stored in the ceiling so that the floor space is available for other activities.

- Suitable for ceilings up to 4.3m in height
- Have 150kg safe working load
- Offer soft closing mechanism, suited to frequent use
Two types of zincalume roofs are available. The entry point is clear with the sliding hatch door. The hinged roof hatch opens at 90 degrees so it is easy to get in and out of the building. Twin gas struts keep the roof access hatch open, so workers can use both their hands to grasp the ladder or railing.
Both roof hatch models have a low profile and can blend in with the roof surface. Noise penetration is limited by dual-skin insulation.
